Jason T. Somma, Shareholder at Saxton & Stump, LLC, has sustained a technology law practice for over 17 years. He regularly represents technology companies and their investors in various matters related to intellectual property, software and technology licensing, venture capital and private equity financing, and other transactions.
Jason received a J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business, as well as undergraduate degrees in Engineering Physics and Music from the University of Pittsburgh.
