Charleston, SC, October 1, 2018 – SE Healthcare is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael F. High as the Director of Reimbursement Services. Michael will enhance SE Healthcare’s ability to support healthcare providers with solutions and strategies for enhanced reimbursement.
Michael is an experienced healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, Michael has focused on reimbursement, strategic planning, cost savings analysis, claims analysis, pricing, contract negotiations, value-based healthcare, budgeting, accounting, and building financial models in the healthcare insurance industry.
Prior to joining SE Healthcare, Michael gained extensive experience in reimbursement as the Manager of Reimbursement for Independent Blue Cross. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Healthcare Consultant for Coventry Healthcare. Michael also worked as the Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst at Provident American Corporate/HealthAxis.com. While with Provident American Corporate, he helped the company transform from an insurance company into a broker of insurance over the internet.
