Darlene K. King Presents at the North Central Section of the AUA Annual Meeting
CHARLESTON, SC, November 24, 2015 – SE Healthcare Quality Consulting’s Darlene K. King, Senior Counsel, presented “Medical Malpractice: How to Prevent and Defend” at the 89th Annual Meeting of the North Central Section of the AUA, held on November 12, 2015 in Amelia Island, FL.
During her presentation, Ms. King discussed how urologists can mitigate their liability risk by providing a five-star service excellence culture in their practice and the importance of incorporating specific patient engagement documentation tools. Ms. King also reviewed strategies for effective communication when an adverse event occurs.
