Through this collaboration, Good Samaritan will implement SE Healthcare’s Burnout Prevention Program®, an evidence-based initiative designed to reduce burnout, improve retention, and support nurse well-being.
The SE Healthcare Burnout Prevention Program® combines advanced analytics, personalized microlearning, and leadership support to address the root causes of burnout. The program has demonstrated measurable results, including a 35% reduction in highest-level burnout and significant improvements in nurse retention and engagement.
