Charleston, SC – SE Healthcare is pleased to announce a partnership with the Wyoming Department of Education to provide the group with its data-driven Burnout Prevention Program®. All school nurses in the state of Wyoming will have immediate access to SE Healthcare’s Nurse Burnout Prevention® Program. The Burnout Prevention Program® measures levels of burnout and identifies top stressors in the unique school environment, resulting in an actionable plan to mitigate burnout. The program gives nurses immediate, 24/7 access to a video coaching series on real-world challenges that nurses face. In addition, the program includes 48 contact hours and a reference library of peer-reviewed resources about intervention programs.

“School nurses have been dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic for three long years,” Robin Cole MS, BSN, RN, Wyoming State School Nurse said. “School nurses dealt with enormous responsibility during the pandemic, from contact tracing, to testing, to identifying positive cases and alerting families. Juggling these responsibilities on top of their regular roles have left many school nurses feeling overwhelmed and burned out. We’re excited to help our school nurses by making this great resource available to them.”

SE Healthcare’s Burnout Prevention Program® is a holistic, web-based platform designed to address both the organizational issues and individual nurses’ need for immediate access to tools and strategies to prevent burnout.

“We are excited to provide our program to Wyoming school nurses,” explained Chief Clinical and Innovation Officer Andrea Coyle, DNP, MHA, NE-BC. “Creating safe environments in our schools is dependent upon reducing and preventing burnout among school nurses. We want to give nurses the tools and resources needed to manage their own mental health, while they work to keep our nation’s students healthy.”
